  • Who should I contact if I have questions about my order?

    You should first contact the sign or print provider fulfilling your order. If your question is not answered or resolved please contact directly at 1-855-505-SIGN.

  • What if I’m not satisfied with my sign?

    All orders are 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your sign for any reason please contact the sign or print provider that fulfilled your order.

  • What is your refund policy?

    At your complete 100% satisfaction is always guaranteed.


  • Do you offer design services?

    We do not offer design services at this time. However, if you are looking for a custom designed vehicle graphics or engraved signs, you can request a design quote from We will route your request to qualified professionals in your area, who will contact you to discuss details and provide you design and production services.

  • What if I need a sign, material or size that is not offered on the website?

    For more custom signage options, we recommend you contact a local sign or print provider in your area. Be sure to use a local provider that is a member of The International Sign and Printmakers Guild, as they adhere to the highest level of quality and local service.

Images and Artwork

  • How do I send you my custom logo, photo, or artwork?

    Once you start customizing a design template on, you can add your logo or other sign artwork by clicking the “Add Image” tab. You can then size and position your custom graphics on the template.

  • What kinds of file formats are acceptable?

    Although an EPS file will ensure the best quality, we can work with GIF, PNG, PDF or JPEG file formats.

  • How will I know if my logo or artwork will look ok?

    You can preview the final artwork with your logo prior to ordering. Also, trained sign professionals will review each order. If there is a potential issue, they will contact you.

  • If my logo or artwork is low resolution can you enhance it?

    In most cases yes, your logo or artwork can be enhanced by a process called “vectorizing,” which is done by the sign and print provider as part of your order.

  • Will I receive a proof?

    You can preview the final artwork prior to ordering and visually review it for color, text and design. We do not provide a printed proof. See “Will my sign look exactly like it is displayed on my monitor?” for more information.


  • What methods of payment do you accept? accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and AMEX.

  • Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

    Yes, you will be charged taxes based on the delivery location.

Placing an order

  • Who produces my order?

    All orders from are routed to local professional sign and print providers for production and fulfillment. Once you place your order, routes your order to the providers nearest your delivery location.

  • When will I know who will be making my order?

    The local sign or print provider will call to confirm your order and discuss delivery. They can also help you with installation, if needed. (Installation costs are not included in your order)

  • How will I know if my order was received?

    You will receive an email notification when your order has been accepted and assigned to a network member.

  • Can I make changes to my sign after it’s been ordered?

    Yes, you will have the opportunity to speak directly with the sign or print provider making your sign to discuss any last minute changes. Orders cannot be changed on once they are placed.

  • What if I want to cancel my order?

    To cancel your order after you have placed it, contact the sign or print provider directly.


  • How do I know what materials are best suited for my sign?

    For a listing of all the materials available and what is best suited for a variety of uses please refer to our “Materials Guide”

  • How do I know what size sign to purchase?

    For help in choosing the correct sign and font size for your particular use please refer to our “Sign Buying Guide”

  • Will my sign look exactly like it is displayed on my monitor?

    Some printed colors may not always match the colors displayed on your computer monitor. Colors on your computer screens are based on the graphics card and monitor used in your system instead of inks from a printer.

  • Will my sign come with hems, grommets, or mounting hardware?

    All banners from will come hemmed and include grommets for mounting. Mounting hardware or sign posts for other signs are not included. Your local provider can assist you with installation services.

  • What if I need accessories such as posts, frames or stakes for hanging?

    The member fulfilling your order will be able to provide the appropriate mounting hardware at an additional cost.

Shipping, Delivery and Installation

  • If I need my sign shipped, what carrier do you use?

    The standard shipping method of sign and print providers is UPS ground or 2nd day air.

  • What if I need my sign in a hurry?

    When you place your order, you can indicate a specific date that you need the sign.

  • Can I track the progress of my order?

    You will receive emails from that report the progress of your order. The provider that fulfills your order will also contact you and report on production progress and delivery.

  • What if my sign is damaged in shipping?

    All orders are guaranteed to be delivered in perfect condition and damage free. If your sign is damaged, it will be replaced free of charge.

  • Do you offer professional installation?

    Installation is available through your individual sign or print provider at an additional cost. Please discuss installation requirements directly with your provider.
