The following terms of use apply only to the use of and purchases from SA International, Inc.'s ("SAi") website at www.sign.com. The terms "you", "your" and "yours" refer to the user/customer utilizing our website to purchase services or merchandise ("Product") or to browse our website. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to SAi.
Disclaimer of Warranty for SAi website
We provide our website and its contents on an "AS IS" basis and make no warranty or representation regarding any Product, either express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, which are hereby expressly disclaimed, unless otherwise stated herein.
Errors on Our website
Despite our efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete and current, there may be instances when information about a Product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the Product's price or availability. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.
Limitations and Exclusions
We reserve the right to change Product pricing, terms, specifications and warranties without notice. In addition, we may revise these terms of use at any time by updating the website. We reserve the right to limit the number of Products sold, including the right to prohibit sales. Prices do not include shipping, tax or insurance.
If you are purchasing Products for export, you are responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country. We will not ship to foreign locations. Warranties for exported Products may vary or be null and void.
Damages
In no event shall SAi, its subsidiaries or affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives or agents be liable for special, incidental, consequential, punitive, indirect, or other special damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, use, or profits, however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of any such damages.
Payment types we accept online
We accept the following forms of payment for your online purchases: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and PayPal. For your online purchases, you may purchase multiple products in a single order, and we'll accept one credit card for each order.
We do accept online-only or virtual credit cards as long as they are issued by one of the credit card companies listed above. However, due to the requirements of these companies, these cards can only be used for website orders that are shipped.
We are unable to accept cash, checks, C.O.D. orders and wire transfers for any website purchases. If you would like to make a purchase using either cash or a check, please call our representative sales department at 800-229-9066.
Sales tax policy
We do business throughout the United States and accordingly collect sales and use tax as required by applicable law. Your confirmation of your order total will reflect the applicable state and local sales tax, if any.
Order fulfillment
We ship orders on normal business days, which are Monday through Friday excluding government holidays. Weekend shipment of orders is not currently available. For our Express Air service (i.e. next business day arrival), your order must be completed before 1 p.m. Eastern Time in order for it to ship the same day. Orders requesting our other shipping methods will ship within 2 business days from when the order was completed.
You assume all risk of loss for shipped Products. Order information such as billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays. Products can not be shipped to incomplete addresses.
Order Cancellations
We are unable to refund any online purchase from the time your order is placed (when you click the Submit Order button) until your Product is received by you and returned to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving your Product, please review our return policy to determine your preferred method of return.
Rebates offered by Manufacturers
Rebate and coupon offers provided by manufacturers are subject to the terms specified by the manufacturer. These terms may include the timeframe of the offer, limitations on quantities and combination with other offers. Proof of purchase, UPCs from the original packaging and postage are normally required for redemption of rebates by the manufacturer or the manufacturer's agent.
Shipping Disclaimer
We will make every effort and use every good measure to deliver your order on time. SAi will not be responsible for any delay of the shipment during transit, for reasons including but not limited to, negligence by the shipping carrier, employee strikes, and weather.
Return Policy
You may return merchandise purchased from sign.com for a refund or a replacement, provided that the procedures and requirements referred to in our return policy are followed. All product returns require a return authorization number (RA). A RA number must be issued within 30 calendar days after the date of purchase; it will be valid for 14 calendar days after it is issued.
Removal or alteration of a product's upc number, serial number or upc/serial number sticker will automatically void your SAi Return Policy. Products that are returned to SAi with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused RMA service and returned to you.
Opened Software products and Special Order items CAN NOT be returned.
Refunds
A processing fee of 10 percent will apply to the value of all merchandise returned for a refund. If you are returning a product with the intention of purchasing different merchandise, the processing fee will still apply. This fee applies to open and unopened boxes. We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, not the shipping charge.
Exchange
If you purchased a product from sign.com that you wish to exchange for an alternative, you can return the item for a refund and simply place a new order for the item you desire. We do not apply a refund credit to your new purchase.
Defective Items
An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced with the same product number only. You may also return a defective item for a refund, however a 10 percent processing fee will apply. The processing fee will only be applied if you choose to return the item for a refund. We will certainly replace an item that was defective prior to receipt, without a restocking fee.
Damaged Items
All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 10 calendar days after the date of receipt. We do not issue refunds for returns of damaged merchandise. An item that was discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same product number only.
Return shipping
Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is like or comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost.
If an item you received is defective, we will certainly replace the item with a new one, however we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to our store. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.
Replacement
We will send a product replacement after the authorized return has completed our receiving/inspection process. The replacement will ship within four business days following our receipt of your return. Please allow additional processing time after Holidays. Although it is our goal to ship a replacement as quickly as possible, we do not send replacements before we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. To receive a replacement more quickly, you may place a new order for the same item (shipping not included), and we will issue a refund for the full value of the returned product (including shipping), upon completion of our return process.
How to Return merchandise
Please contact us at 800-229-9066. If you do not have the return form, we will provide it together with your RA number. Please fill in the requested information on our product return form, and carefully follow the instructions for return.
All returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must include the original factory box (UPC bar codes and serial numbers must be intact) and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), peripherals (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, etc.), included warranty cards (without markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork. The RA number or any other inscriptions must not be written or printed on the product box or packaging. We will not process the return if any of these conditions are not followed.

Retuned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility. It is important save the tracking information and to properly insure all merchandise being returned to SAi.
Governing Law
These terms are governed and construed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that if any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these terms will remain in full force and effect.

Children’s Online Policy
SAi sells merchandise intended for purchase by adults. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, SAi will not knowingly collect personal information on the internet from children under the age of thirteen. When placing an order on the SAi website, you are affirming that you are an adult. Users under the age of thirteen must ask a parent or guardian for assistance while placing an order online.
SAi will always remain committed to protecting your privacy online. We may change our Privacy Policy at any time. When such a change is made, we will post the revised Privacy policy on our website.
